1 mashed banana

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup peanut butter

Splash egg whites

½ cup spenda brown sugar

¼ cup apple sauce

1 tsp stevia

1 scoop protein powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

Depending on consistency add some water or more oats/protein powder to make thicker. Optional but highly encouraged add raisins or dark chocolate chips

Makes around 16 protein cookies. Be sure to press them down lightly on the pan because they don’t spread out as naturally as regular cookies.
